As a visual artist, Jaajr delves into the intricate connections between the self, time, and the continuous change of the universe. Through a practice-based approach that revolves around the exploration of materials and the art of making, she seeks to unravel the mysteries of existence and translate them into works that challenge the boundaries of traditional art forms.

By immersing themselves in the creative process, Jaajr's art seeks to bridge the gap between the tangible and the intangible, inviting viewers to contemplate the interconnectedness of all things and the fluid nature of the universe.

✹ No one to care , No where to go
Ready-to-wear , 2017

Homeless , 2017

This menswear collection delves into the context of loss and homelessness, conveying the message through the embroidered statement 'No one to care, Nowhere to go'. The burden of the belongings is depicted through the layering of various textures of fabric, with the cardboard box pattern adapted into a cape and an oversized silhouette evoking the weight that homeless people have to carry with them. The collection explores the idea of displacement and the struggle of those who are without a home, highlighting the challenges faced by those living on the streets.
